Vande Mataram!!!


Dear VISION members

Hope all are doing good. A small note...

Our condolences to Justice JS Varma who headed the NIRBHAYA bill panel, passed away. RIP. He given a bit of hope at the time of loosing confidence on system. We are seeing many incidents happening for women in and around.  

Coming to VISION updates, For this month, we received Rs.17,600/- as contribution and in total we had Rs.1,04,060 /- including previous month balance amount of  Rs.86,460/-.  From this money we have contributed for the below requirements.

1)  Given Rs.7,000/- towards medical expense for Ankoos, 3 years old suffering from heart problem. His father is a daily labor. They are from Khammam.

2)  With Rs.189/- , contributed medicine to an old man begging near DLF IT park.

3) With Rs.100/-, contributed a nighty for a mentally retarded woman roaming on roads.

So in total, We have contributed Rs.7,289/- for above noble causes. We are having Rs.96,771 /-  as balance in VISION

Next Month Activities




1) Paying 12th standard college fees Rs.12,000/-  for a boy from a poor family where his father works in a chat item shop in Chennai.

2) Paying bank coaching fees for 2 students named Mumtaj and Shaheen. Mumtaj father is a daily labour goes for construction work. Shaheen father works in a tea hotel for daily wages.

3) Night dress for mentally retarded woman

4) Medicine to old man.

5) Planning to start free tailoring courses for widowed/uneducated woman in villages for their self  employment.  Looking for specific donors for this cause.

VISION - March 2013

Dear VISION members,

Hope all are doing good.

For last month, We have received Rs. 14,061/- as total contribution towards VISION.  So in total, we had Rs.1,02,138/- including the previous month balance amount of Rs. 88,077/- . From this money, we have contributed for the below requirements.

1)  Contributed Rs.10,000/- towards Surgery expenses for Karthikeyan, suffering from Kidney problem. (both kidneys failed). He is taking treatment from KMCH hospital, coimbatore. As suggested by doctors, he is undergoing Kidney transplantation which costs around 7 lakhs.

2) Paid Rs.2,000/- as college fees  for Sudhamai, studying Inter 1st year. Her mother was expired and she is studying from her grand mothers home.

3) Paid Rs.1,100/- as school fees for Uday Kumar.

4) Paid Rs.2,000/- (Rs.1,000/- each)  as school fees for Anjum & Munna, studying 6th and 4th classes. Their father  expired and their mother works in a super market for monthly wages.

5) With Rs.300/- Prepared eye donation wall posts and stuck them in few shops. We have given our VISION calendars, LV Prasad Eye Donation forms, Q&A's about donation.

6) With Rs.178/-, given medicine to an old man begging outside near DLF.

7) With Rs.100/- , given a nighty for a mentally retarded woman.

So in total, we have contributed Rs.15,678/- towards above noble causes. We had Rs.86,460/- as balance in VISION.

Next Month Activities


1)  Received a health request for Sunitha, 8 years old, suffering from congenital heart defect. She is in CARE, Banajara Hills. Her father Narsimha , a resident of east godavari dist, Andhra Pradesh, is a daily wage labourer whose monthly income is very less and he is not able to support the treatment cost which is approx. Rs. 3,20,000/-.

2) Baby Ankoos  (2 years male ) is a case of congenital heart defect. Along with other problems. His pulmonary heart valve is absent by birth. Getting his treatment at Care hospital under the supervision of Dr K. B.R.Jagannath . He requires open heart surgery. Father  Md. Zaheer (resident of Khammam, A.P) is a labour at his native place. Total estimate is 3.35 lakhs. Out of which, patient will get 1.25 lakhs from Arogyashree and 25 thousand from Nimmagadda Association. 

3) Eye donation wall posts and camp.

4) We are Planning to distribute notebooks and stationary to some selected government schools in the month of June. 

5) Night dress for Mentally Retarded woman.
