November 2010

We are very happy to share you all that, we successfully completed 3 years doing many social activities in the name of VISION(though the name was given last year) with a huge team(approx 60). Thanks a lot for each and everyone for being a valuable member in this team. We were able to achieve this because of your continuous support and contribution. Hope we will get your continuous support in the future, so that we can plan to do more activities.

Coming to this month, our total contribution on behalf of VISION is Rs.13,584/-. So in total we had Rs.18,753/- which includes the previous month balance of Rs.5,169/-.We contributed this amount for the below activities.

1)We Contributed Rs.8,000/- to Kavitha working in CTS, for her medical expenses. She is also our VISION member who contributes every month regularly. She has given a birth to baby boy recently and his health is not good. The total hospital expenses crossed Rs.50,000/-. which crossed the insurance coverage. She borrowed some money from her friends too, but it doesn’t meet all her expenses. She don’t have any backup to help her financially. She is in need of money and support from the well wishers. She requested the help from VISION and we helped her for their medical expenses and hope she and her baby recovers quickly.

2)Paid Rs.3,000/- towards hospital fees for cancer patient named Dilip Mohan lal. This is refered by Sumitha Ma'am who is working in Ashray Akruthi charitable trust. Please find the below link 'Dilip Mohan lal Hospital receipt' for the medical bill with the amount of Rs.10,000 in which our VISION contribution was a part of it.

3)With Rs.2014/-, contributed house hold items to CHILD HOME. As most of you all know this is initiated by Senthil kumar who is working in various NGOs. We feel that our contribution to this home surely is more valuable. This home is for the children whose parents are HIV +.

CHILD HOME ADDRESS

5)We contributed Rs.520/- towards text books for a student named Gowthami, studying engineering final year in Hyderabad. Her father was late and her mother is working as a tailor and earning money for their daily expenses. As her mother earnings are not sufficient to their daily expenses, She can’t help her daughter to continue her education. So Gowthami is managing her hostel expenses by telling tuitions in Hyderabad for some time. And also she got her college fees from a charity SAI ANUGRAHA. She don’t have any resources to help her education, so we believe our contribution to Gowthami will makes more valuable.

6)With Rs.105/-, we contributed insulin injection to Masthan Vali who is studying 9th class in the Municipal high school,Nandyal. He is having sugar which can be controlled by only insulin injection. His age is around 14 years only. Hope many of you know, the sugar patients will use insulin in the last stage which can’t be controlled by tablets. He will carry insulin injection and syringe in his pocket wherever he go. Even his father was late and his mother is working in few houses and earning money for their daily expenses. We have given school uniform for Masthan Vali also as part of the uniform contribution program as mentioned above.

So in total we contributed Rs.15,589/- and having balance amount of Rs.3,164/- as VISION fund.

We are planning to contribute the below requirements in the next month.

1.As of now we contributed insulin injection to Masthan Vali which can be used only for 10 days . If anyone reaches this stage, he/she has to use this injection till the end of life. So we are planning to contribute this injections to him on monthly basis. Hopefully we can make this for long time on behalf of VISION.

2.In the Municipal High school which we have mentioned above, government is providing food to all students under Mid Day Meals program. This is a government school in which 1000+ students are studying, but students don’t have proper plates to eat. So we are planning to provide steel plates for 500 students which worth Rs.10,000 /- (approx). Hope our contribution will make a big difference here.

Hope VISION is in capable of completing above contributions with all your support. Please share your comments on the above requirements.
